Each session begins with an energizing 7am yoga class to awaken body and mind, followed by time for reflection through journaling and community discussion over coffee or tea at Collective.
Later in the week, you’ll receive an additional class recording with a similar theme. Throughout this time, you can journal privately or continue the discussion in The Tina Club’s private online discussion group.
Beginners will find a supportive introduction to the physical movements and mental focus of a Vinyasa Yoga practice, with plenty of space to go at your own pace. Experienced yogis will also benefit by exploring their practice with fresh curiosity—examining what continually draws them back to the mat and discovering new ways to deepen their connection to both movement and mindfulness.
