Your mission is to practice your yoga poses and flow with my video and homework sheets each week, building up your knowledge, strength, flexibility, and confidence as you go so that you will feel comfortable enough to join a live yoga class anywhere!
At the end of this course (or before!), your body and mind will feel Peaceful and Powerful enough to work through the challenge of joining or re-joining any yoga class. You'll understand better how your body moves and what it's capable of, allowing you to stay present and safe as you come to your mat.

Here's what you can expect:
Each week, you will have access to one yoga class video that goes at a pace intended to allow you time to observe, understand, and explore the basic poses and movements.
A few days after each video, you’ll also receive a “homework assignment.” This is an in-depth look at a pose or collection of related poses that will allow you to focus on working on something specific.
Earn a certificate of completion for each week AND for completing the course!
When you ask questions and/or offer feedback along with your completed homework, you’ll earn discounts for other The Tina Club offerings!
After the 8-week course, you will have access to the content for an entire year, allowing you to go back or start over whenever you desire.
After the 8 weeks, you’ll feel confident enough to join a class at your local studio or when you are on vacation! It’s such a good feeling!
