This November, Tina will guide a series of yoga classes designed to explore Gratitude. Join the entire series or drop in as you are able. Every class will explore ways to keep sincere gratitude an ongoing part of our lives.
Classes will incorporate gentle flow yoga, yin yoga, and restorative practices.
