This 4-week series is complete with yoga classes designed to explore Gratitude. The classes include breathwork, movement, and mindfulness to keep you present for the rest of your week.

Every class will explore ways to keep sincere gratitude an ongoing part of our lives.

Classes will incorporate gentle flow yoga, yin yoga, and restorative practices.

Appropriate for beginners and seasoned yogis.
