ONLINE: Find Your Yoga Flow!

Join Yoga instructor Tina Haapala (TheTinaClub.com) for a weekly yoga class created to help you begin or revive your yoga practice.

This course focuses on the basics of movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. No need to "be" any certain thing (strong, flexible, calm...). You only need to be YOU.*

Course includes:

  • A live online class (Insight Timer).
  • Weekly writing prompts that help you to incorporate your yoga lessons into your life (option to join online live prompts on Insight Timer 25 minutes after the end of the live class).
  • A weekly hour-long video will be emailed to you to help review the concepts and poses from each class.
  • A Special Event: 90-minute Flow + Restorative Practice to celebrate and acknowledge your transformation (and let you RELAX!). The event will be scheduled for the last weekend of the month.
