Awkward to Awesome! A 4-Week Yoga Basics Course

Join Yoga instructor, Tina Haapala, RYT200 (TheTinaClub.com), for a weekly class designed to help you begin or revive your yoga practice.

  • Maybe you have always wanted to try a yoga class, but the thought of setting a mat down in a room full of strangers and trying to follow movements that sound impossible (I'm PRETTY sure my leg can't go there) is terrifying...
  • Maybe you've tried videos online, only to get lost, confused, and frustrated when you realize you cannot get feedback or clarification about your practice.
  • Maybe you had a yoga practice in the past and have been away for so long you feel unprepared to join a live class, not to mention disappointed in yourself (I used to know how to do this!).
  • Or maybe you already practice yoga, and you're feeling like you are going through the motions without being Present in your practice.
  • This 4-week course will introduce (or reintroduce) you to the basics of yoga, so you will feel ready to join a class for the first time or return to the class you've missed. This class is appropriate for beginners looking to learn or seasoned yogis who want to feel more connected to the common poses.
