"Transition is a process of letting go of the way we used to be and then moving through a period of time that is 'in-between' before we come out the other side with a new way of being. This in-between time is the 'neutral zone'—a chaotic but also very creative time." — William Bridges

I'm in this in-between time, and it is chaotic, that is for sure. The creativity is there, just beneath the surface—but I have to keep letting it float there until I reach a space where I can grab it with both hands and work it out so it's easier to manage.

Have you ever felt this way? It's hard to remember that the chaos isn't permanent. But it is necessary for change. Think of the humble spaghetti noodle. To become ready for the special sauce, it has to put itself in some hot water. Just like that random noodle, I feel like I am getting tossed this way and that on my way to a new form.

For now, I am keeping my focus on a few things: My last few yoga offerings in Wichita Falls, my travel clients, packing for my move, and spending time with my Texas friends and family. (Wichita Falls Note: Balance is having a going-away happy hour [snacks provided, BYOB] for me on Friday, February 13, at 6:45 pm. Hope to see some of you there!)

That said, I have a few spots available for travel planning. Complete this quick form if you'd like me to reach out about your vacation or retreat plans.

Next month, I should be ready to present my new offerings. But until then, I will keep simmering.

Thanks for being part of my journey...

Tina
