  • 6/5 Wednesday: MSU 12-1 PM
  • 6/7 Friday: Subbing for Shannon at Balance
  • 6/8 Saturday: Great Scott 9-10 am

Remember, you can always check my website for my current schedule or to sign up for private sessions.

Recap: March-May

The last few months have kept me on my toes. I visited my mom at the end of March, which was fantastic. I also had the chance to go to two different yoga studios in Cedar City, Utah: Cedar City Yoga and Bristlecone. Both were wonderful places to practice.

Unfortunately, my father-in-law passed away on April 2. It happened so quickly that my husband could not get to his side, as his father lived in Hungary. I'm thankful to all of our family and friends who held space for us and our grief.

In May, I traveled to Florida to teach at a resort. Although the resort is undergoing major upgrades, it was a fantastic time. When I wasn't teaching, I spent time alone. It was a great time to reflect, relax, and recharge. (If you are a yoga or fitness instructor interested in teaching at resorts, send me a message, and I can tell you all about it!)

Once my teaching trip was over, I went down the Eastern coast of Florida to West Palm to spend a few days with my dad. His trip was already scheduled, so I took advantage of our close proximity. What was supposed to be a 2-night stay ended up being a 5-night one because my flights were canceled due to spring storms in Texas! It was a nice surprise to spend that extra time, and I didn't mind the packing and repacking one bit.

My travel business is starting to blend more seamlessly with my yoga business! I am now the newest travel agent with Travel Bug Girls. We focus on travel for women. Our mission is to take the stress out of travel planning so you can finally relax. We believe that travel can transform and enrich our lives, and we want to make that possible through group trips you can join, either with your current friends--or sign up solo to meet your new ones! Join our Travel Bug Girls Private FB Group to learn more about the ladies you may travel with someday!

A few months ago, I found out that my essay was published in Chicken Soup for the Soul: Mothers and Daughters. I was excited to deliver a copy to Mom when I visited. If you would like to share this book with your mother or daughter, you can support me by purchasing a copy directly from me. I'll contact you to find out if you would like your copy signed and where to ship it. You can even add a yoga class (live or online) to your purchase.

Thanks for taking the time to read this :)

Have a Peaceful & Powerful rest of your week!
