Feel Comfortable in Any Yoga Class in 8-Weeks

One thing I've noticed since becoming a yoga teacher is that some people think there's some inherent skill involved with practicing yoga.

"Oh, I would love to try yoga...someday...when I am more flexible."

"I'm not in good enough shape."

"I'm too old to start that."

"I would be so embarrassed."

I get it! How can you NOT be intimidated by yoga classes when you see so many images like this:

These poses are absolutely beautiful, and they don't describe the basics of the pose. What is missing is the foundation that these yogis had to work on BEFORE creating these shapes. Not to mention that not all bodies can get to these versions of the poses. Hip bones, muscles, skeletal structure...there are so many factors that come into play...

But--when you are considering getting out of your comfort zone and taking a yoga class, you're not thinking about that.

Or maybe you've taken some classes online, but you still don't feel confident enough to go to a live class. After all, you may THINK you are doing it "right," but you could be wrong.

I'm so excited to offer this yoga fundamentals course (launching Nov. 2022).

Over 8-weeks, you will learn the basic movements and poses to help you grow your yoga practice safely-- in the comfort of your own home and on your own time.

  • Each week, you will have access to one yoga class video that goes at a pace intended to allow you time to observe, understand, and explore the basic poses and movements.
  • A few days after each video, you’ll also receive a “homework assignment.” This is an in-depth look at a pose or collection of related poses that will allow you to focus on working on something specific.
  • Earn a certificate of completion for each week AND for completing the course!
  • When you ask questions and/or offer feedback along with your completed homework, you’ll earn discounts for other The Tina Club offerings!
  • After the 8-week course, you will have access to the content for an entire year, allowing you to go back or start over whenever you desire.
  • After the 8 weeks, you’ll feel confident enough to join a class at your local studio or when you are on vacation! It’s such a good feeling!
