I wanted to drop you a note about the tentative itinerary for the next retreat. All of this is available to you as you make it out to the Ponderosa Ranch next month.
Your meals are prepared by a chef. Served to you. Dishes--what dishes? Not your concern.
The yoga classes are appropriate for all levels.
Restorative yoga is designed to get you out of the fight or flight mode we are so often stuck in.
Yin yoga allows for gentle stretching and release.
Flow yoga celebrates the union of breath, body, and mind through movement and stillness.
You'll have space to stretch out and relax: your comfy bed, a hammock, a rocking chair on the porch…
You'll have space to explore: a nature walk, your own mind as it becomes quiet, free from obligations…
Find time to learn about yourself and others as we connect over meals and during workshops.
All of the events are optional, pick and choose to do as you wish.
